I spent more than 20 years practicing and teaching academic pediatrics. I loved much of my work—and eventually reached a point when I knew the career I had built no longer fit the life I wanted to live.
I made my own transition out of clinical medicine and eventually into clinical drug development, becoming an Executive Medical Director. Along the way, I learned firsthand what it means to make a career decision without knowing exactly how everything will turn out.
Today, I combine that lived experience with my training as a certified life coach and integrative health coach to help physicians navigate their own career crossroads—not by telling them what they should do, but by helping them trust themselves to decide.
